The hospital itself was shown weird from dead abandoned to walking around. and when simi was running like a maniac screaming anita don;t follow me. no one even came after her except those goons.

One more loose end simi droppedher phone very far so how did they know it was her phone.

After all that happened a good father wouldhavescoldedis daugher for being so stupid leaving them all to worry for her well being after praising for her heroic act.
