What is that song!?!?!?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about this song that keeps playing during breaks on Sony TV. It sounds like a Mehbooba remix, since the baseline of Mehbooba is the baseline of the song. The video is really different, sort of an animated beach scene with a guy who looks like Bally Sagoo singing. Haha, I hope this is descriptive enough....anyone have any idea what song this is?!? I really want to find it, and I have no idea where to look.

Oh, and its got the lyrics "Dil ka deewana" or something like that......
