Part 13

Kripa put up the phone but was shocked out of her skin to find Angad standing at the door, "Who is Tarun?"

"T…t…tarun oh umm he is er…Ria's boyfriend." Kripa said nervously

"Who is Ria" Angad ask setting the soup down on her bed side table.

"Oh no one…I mean my friend from college."

"Oh…" Angad put an asterisk next to Ria and Tarun's name in his mind, reminding himself to look into that matter, "Well how are u feeling now."

"Much better, that's why he called he wanted to ask me whether I was ok or not, and there is no way that I am eating that soup so you can just take it away."

"Kripa…"

"What? I don't like it, and there is no need for me to drink it anymore I am well see I can get up" Kripa pulled her feet out of the bed, and put them on the floor. "And I can walk."

She got up and took a step then the second one but suddenly felt lightheaded and felt her feet collapse with the weight of her body. But Angad was quick he took her by the waist before she fell to the ground. He easily swooped her in his arms and put her in the bed.

"Yes Kripa so what were u saying." Angad said amusingly

She crossed her arms like a stubborn child, "I am still not drinking that."

"Hmmm…Kripa u do remember our deal right, maybe u need a few more days in the hospital."

"NO, ok I'll drink that disgusting thing that u call soup, blach..."

"Good girl, ok now open ur mouth nice and wide." Angad said teasingly, Kripa opened her mouth unwillingly making faces.

2 days later, Kripa was still feeling week but due to the intense supervision and care of her husband she got better she could walk without fainting, but there was something else that was bothering her nothing about Sahil was known he had not been seen anywhere.

"….ok Kripa, I ll let u search if u find anything even closely related to Sahil tell us it might help us locate him."

"Bye Ria, I will try my best." She said her voice worried.

Kripa went outside to check whether Angad was not anywhere near her, because she was not very good at making excuses and Angad was very good at catching lies. And she needed to find her brother, she just hoped that Angad was in no way related to this, but she doubted that b/c if he knew about Sahil than he would obviously know about her too and he would not be caring for her so much he would just finish her off with one gunshot.

Sometimes she dreamed that she was not in anyway related to the gang business her brother and her husband would be really close friends. And she would not be force to hide everything from both of them to save both their lives.

She looked under her bed through her closet through every type of book in her house hoping to find an address or a phone number that Sahil might have told her about, she couldn't find anything and she was so tierd now, she supposed it wasn't safe yet for her to work so much. A bag on the top of the closet caught her eyes. She used the stool by her dressing table to reach, She pulled on the bag pulling it towards her.
     
But she felt lightheaded once again she grabbed the top of the closet to prevent herself from falling, but she could feel her hands loosening their grip on the cabinet, "she was going to fall" this last thought past through her brain as her hands unable to hold on any longer, let go of the cabinet!!
