Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan and Shivani's growing bond subtly unsettles Roop

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Sanjay confronts Charu, questioning if anything happened between her and Abhir. He expresses his support for her and encourages her to tell the truth. Flashbacks reveal the past where Abhir had proposed to Charu, but she rejected him. In the flashback, Charu asks Abhir to stop the car, telling him she doesn't love him and suggests he marry Kiara instead. She admits she is focused on her career and desires a supportive husband, unlike Abhir, who cannot walk. She asks him to understand her decision. Back in the present, Charu tells Sanjay she didn't meet Abhir, but he did drop her off. Abhir denies this, claiming Charu is lying, and affirms that she turned down his proposal.

Abhir then asks Kiara if she is willing to marry him, just as Abhira receives a call from Roop. Armaan notices the call, and Kiara agrees to marry Abhir. Armaan confronts Abhir, questioning him about buying clothes he doesn't like, and tells him to stop toying with both Kiara's and Charu's emotions. Abhira stands by Abhir, and just as Armaan notices Roop's continuous call, he throws Abhira's phone, asking them to leave the house. Abhira and Abhir walks away.

Meanwhile, Shivani presses Roop for information about Abhira. Roop reassures her and suggests she rest, but Shivani insists on knowing if Abhira is truly at their house. Roop tells her that Abhira has gone to their parental home, and Shivani wonders if it's nearby. Roop tries to console her.

Back at the house, Surekha asks Abhir if he truly wants to marry Kiara. Manish gets upset with Abhir, and Swarna challenges him. Abhira tells Abhir that he shouldn't manipulate the feelings of Kiara and Charu. Abhir defends himself, claiming both women want him to marry them. Abhira questions whether he will truly fall in love with Kiara, and he responds that it's possible. They then ask him if he will ever forget Charu.

Meanwhile, Kiara insists on marrying Abhir, but Kaveri expresses her anger. Armaan questions Kiara's decision, asking if she wants to be Abhir's second choice. Kiara firmly believes that Abhir will eventually fall for her, challenging Armaan's doubts.

Manisha and Manoj discuss the situation, and Kaveri orders Kiara to return to her room. Meanwhile, Shivani becomes insistent on meeting Abhira. Roop tries to console her. Vidya opens up to Armaan about the ongoing situation, attempting to sway his thoughts by suggesting that Abhira is already involved with Roop. However, before she can continue, Armaan cuts her off, firmly stating that whether or not there is a separation, he cannot tolerate anyone disrespecting Abhira in this house. He picks up Abhira's phone, which he had earlier thrown, and resolves to go meet her and have a conversation.

Meanwhile, Shivani is adamant about meeting Abhira and decides to head to her house. Roop tries his best to dissuade her, but Shivani remains determined, suspecting that Roop had an argument with Abhira, which led to Abhira leaving for her home.

While on his way, Armaan crosses paths with Shivani, who accidentally stumbles near his car. As their eyes meet, Shivani feels an instant connection with him. Armaan quickly helps her up, and in a moment of warmth, Shivani gently touches his cheek. Concerned, Armaan asks if she's okay, and Shivani affectionately calls him "beta."

Meanwhile, Roop, witnessing the scene, becomes emotional. He reassures Shivani, claiming that Armaan isn't her son, but that he is. Shivani, unsure, looks at Armaan and then turns to Roop, calling him "my child," which brings tears to Roop's eyes as he holds both of her hands tightly. He asks if she's alright and urges her to go home, but Shivani insists that Armaan is a blessing sent by God, and he will take her to her daughter-in-law's house in his car.

Shivani then asks Armaan if he could drop her at Abhira's house. Roop objects, saying they aren't going anywhere with him, and tries to pull her away. However, Armaan holds Shivani's hand and assures her he will drop them off. Sensing Roop's hesitation, Shivani asks if he doesn't want to see his wife, and Armaan quickly follows up by asking if Roop isn't going to answer that.

Shivani then insists Roop get in the car and asks him to give Armaan the address of Abhira's house, to which Armaan responds that he already knows the way due to old connections. As they're about to get into the car, Armaan notices one of Shivani's slippers lying on the road. He bends down and gently helps her put it on, creating a moment that sparks jealousy in Roop. While Armaan helps Shivani with her slipper, she places her hand on his head, offering a blessing that deeply moves him.
