Will take time to recover from the emotional trauma’: Soha Ali Khan reacts on Saif Ali Khan stabbing case

The news of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan being stabbed at his house in Bandra sent a shock wave across the entertainment industry. While the Pataudi family and the Kapoors have been reeling from this shock ever since the incident, Soha Ali Khan, the sister of Saif Ali Khan has now reacted on this incident.

During the promotion of her upcoming film ‘Chhori 2,’ Soha, in a conversation with Zoom TV recalled the stabbing incident and stated that she is happy that her brother has fully recovered. The actress said, “We are just very happy that Bhai (Saif) is fine. It was a very close call. He went through a very prolonged surgery. But now, the most important thing is that he is completely fine and fully recovered. He is back at his work.”

“Of course, everybody will take time to recover from the emotional trauma of it. But he is safe,” Soha further said as she spoke about the emotional trauma she and her family endured post her brother Saif Ali Khan’s shocking stabbing case.

For those who do not know, Shariful Fakir, the prime accused in the said case has been arrested and is currently behind the bars. Recently, the accused had claimed that he is being ‘falsely framed,’ and further demanded bail. However, his bail plea was rejected as the evidences were not in the favour of his statement.

The accused had tried to attack Saif after the actor intervened and tried stopping him from robbery. Saif, who was protecting his kids from the gruesome attacker, eventually endured major injuries and also underwent a few surgeries post the incident.

Chhori 2 will see Nushrratt Bharucha, Soha Ali Khan and others in the lead roles. The first instalment of the show went ahead to be highly successful.
