Today, on the occasion of National Youth Day and the 158th birth anniversary of late Indian monk Swami Vivekananda, the actress penned a note of gratitude.

Sharing a picture of Swami Vivekananda on Twitter, Kangana wrote: “When I was lost you found me, when I had no where to go you held my hand, when I was disillusioned by the world had no hope you gave me purpose. There is no being no God higher than you my Guru, you own every bit of my being.... #NationalYouthDay #SwamiVivekanandJayanti”

Recently, Kangana got mired in a legal battle over her social media posts as a case of sedition is lodged against the actress and her sister Rangoli Chandel. A complaint was lodged against them for allegedly "trying to create hatred and communal tension" through their social media posts.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana recently jetted off to Bhopal to shoot for her upcoming film Dhakkad alongside Arjun Rampal. The film is reported to raise the issue of child trafficking and Kangana is undergoing a physical transformation to prepare for her character.
