What?? Anu Malik is now barred from entering Yash Raj Studios!!

The #MeToo movement rage swept the entire nation off some sexual offenders last year in October. Bollywood too saw a huge wave after Tanushree Dutta reported abuse by veteran actor Nana Patekar. Out of the many biggies who got called out, music composer Anu Malik too was one. 

At that time he was a part of the popular singing reality show Indian Idol. Owing to the rage over #MeToo, he was removed from the show. Recent reports however, suggest that he has again been roped in to be the judge of the upcoming season. The industry is outraged by this change of decision and well, some fans too are irked. 

The outrage is so much so that the ivy film stable Yash Raj Studios has barred him from even entering it's premises. According to a report by Bollywood Humgama, the production house has a strict policy against sexual offenders and therefore, they would never allow the 58-year-old music composer to set his foot inside their compound.

It was just last year that Malik was a part of Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sui Dhaaga. Anywho, it was singers Sona Mohapatra and Shweta Pandit who accused Anu Malik of sexual harassment. Singer Sonu Nigam tried coming out in Anu Malik's support but all in vein. As of now, due to the strict policies against sexual offenders, Malik will not be allowed to enter the YRF studios and it's a big deal.
