As he introduces his characters Ayan Roy Choudhary and Rudra Pratap, he expresses how deeply he connects with them and says he can’t wait for the audience to meet them. Known for its legacy of horror dramas like Aahat, the channel once again ventures into the world of supernatural storytelling, this time with a show inspired by ancient myths and eerie folklore from Bengali culture. Aami Dakini, produced by SVF Productions, is a supernatural romantic drama that explores themes of reincarnation, love, and revenge. The show set against the haunting yet captivating backdrop of Kolkata, brings a gripping tale where emotion, revenge, and mystery collide. At the heart of the narrative is Dakini, the central character played by the talented Sheen Dass, who leads the story with depth and intensity. The story follows the mysterious journey of a spirit (Dakini) and her connection with two men, Ayan Roy Choudhary and Rudra Pratap, both played by Hitesh.

Interestingly, the show initially cast Rohit Chandel as the male lead, and the first promo featuring him was released. However, due to undisclosed reasons, Chandel was later replaced, and Hitesh Bhardwaj was roped in. A revised promo featuring Hitesh was recently shared by the makers, which received a warm response from fans.

Aami Dakini starts premiering on June 23, 2025, at 8 PM on Sony TV. With a gripping storyline and a talented cast, the show promises a thrilling and emotional ride for viewers.
