Several people term the art of acting to be strictly professional, where an actor should apparently not be limited to several things. In recent times, we have seen several instances where actors have pushed their limits to give a convincing performance on-screen.

However, there are some limits, that cannot be touched, can they? We are talking about actors and real-life siblings, Akshay Dogra and Ridhi Dogra Vashishth.

According to a leading news daily, the brother-sister duo faced a rather 'one-of-a-kind' situation recently, where they were approached to play a COUPLE on-screen.

WHAAT?

Yes! That's right. Akshay Dogra currently plays the antagonist in the show, 'Waaris'. However, going down the vault, the lead role of the show, currently portrayed by Aarti Singh was initially offered to Ridhi. Though wanting to work together, Ridhi was also informed that there will be a possible love angle between the characters in the future.

And upon hearing that, Ridhi rejected the role instantly. Akshay, too, mentioned that though the duo are eager to work together, playing a 'couple' on-screen' is surely not gonna happen. He was in fact surprised when the makers approached them to do so, even after knowing that they are brother-sister in real life.

While, Akshay continues to play his role in 'Waaris', Ridhi Dogra is slated to make her comeback with Zee TV's next!
