What does fitness mean to you?

For me fitness is having a proper sleep, eating proper food and walking daily, overall it should be moderate.

What efforts do you take to stay fit?

I play a lot of sports and go to the gym.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Earlier I was very healthy and plump. So to control my weight I started dieting and ate green healthy vegetables, soups and fruits. But now I am not that conscious and eat everything. 

Do you take protein supplements?

Yes, as it helps to build the required physique.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

Cricket.

A celebrity's body you admire?

Akshay Kumar.

What is your fitness secret?

Eat after every three hours and avoid eating heavy food at late night.

A fitness tip for your fans?

Be physically active and keep performing physical activities. Walk as much as you can.
