Vinod Khanna's Son Goes Away Into The Spiritual World Just Like His Father

One can reminisce how Late Vinod Khanna's sudden disappearance from the movies back in the 80s shocked one and all. Of course, there wasn't extensive coverage about the same but it was indeed confirmed that Khanna had quit films and taken the spiritual path by leaving his family and headed on to join Osho (Acharya Rajneesh) and become his follower.

What happened then was that Khanna was away from his family in India and wouldn't have any contact with anyone for a long time. Only after a long exile, Khanna returned to films with Insaaf (1987). Not many could figure out Khanna's reason for this spiritual break but after this, Khanna married Kavita after his first wife Gitanjali broke all ties with him.

Kavita and Khanna have a son named Sakshi Khanna, who is not a part of Bollywood. According to recent reports in an entertainment portal, it seems Sakshi Khanna has taken his father's route and joined the spiritual world, precisely becoming a follower of Osho. Even though Sakshi wasn't a part of Bollywood, there were reports several years ago that he will be making his debut with Milan Luthria's upcoming film - which didn't happen.

Little has been known about Sakshi's reason to join Osho too.
