Tragic times for Kartik and Naira in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'

Kartik - Naira fans recently rejoiced by seeing their favorite Jodi back together in Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Suwarna, finally, wholeheartedly apologizes to Naira for not understanding her and separating her from Kartik. 

Promo of the couple getting married has already been out. However, looks like the actual Kaira milan is far far away, as the couple will be facing tragic time soon. 

Naira's health will only keep deteriorating further as she will start suffering from partial amnesia, a condition where she will suffer from memory loss lapses from time to time. 

And if that were not enough, she will go on getting weaker with each passing day, so-much-so that she needs constant support physically.

Now what will follow, only time will tell.
