There are a lot of rumours on how Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are going through a trouble patch in their marriage. They kind of intensified after Junior Bachchan liked a post on divorce. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s marriage has been under the scrutiny since a while now. The couple did not make a joint appearance, or with the Bachchan family at the opening of NMACC nor the nuptials of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. But they were seen talking inside the venue. The fact that none of them ever give a verbal clarification to clear the air makes them softer targets of such gossip-mongering.

After the birth of Aaradhya, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took a break from acting. It was quite a long break for the Bollywood diva. In one of his interviews, Abhishek Bachchan had thanked her a lot. The countless amount of mothers that do this with their husbands, and you have to be thankful. They have every right to say, 'Come, show in the responsibility 50-50.' So from that perspective.”

There are rumours on how Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan live separately away from the senior couple. But the two did celebrate Holi with the family as we saw in Navya Naveli Nanda’s stories. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan came for the red carpet of The Archies and showed her love for Agastya Nanda. Even Agastya had gone to cheer for Aaradhya’s stage performance in school, as did Amitabh Bachchan.

Despite this, the rumours just do not seem to end. Some netizens said that the divorce post was part of a write-up where Zirak Marker had contributed his thoughts. He is a long-time friend of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. When Jr B was asked by a fan of Aish that he should let her act more after her stellar act in Ponniyin Selvan, he said he she did not need any permission.
