THIS Actress to Romance Avinash Sachdev in &TV's 'Ardhangini'

As we know, Essel Vision Productions is all set to come up with its ambitious project in collaboration with And TV and the show is named as Ardhangini.

After roping in popular actor Avinash Sachdev as the male lead, the makers of the show have been searching for a female lead and finally, the search is over!

According to reports, Bhootu fame Anjali Priya will be seen essaying the female lead in the upcoming show.

Earlier, actor Aryamann Seth was approached for playing the male lead.

Avinash who was last seen in Ayushmaan Bhava will be making his comeback with this show. He is known for his role in Zee TV's Chhoti Bahu and Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?...Ek Baar Phir, he was  also part of shows like Qubool Hai, Balika Vadhu, Teri Meri Love Stories,Preet Se Bandhi Ye Dori Ram Milaayi Jodi and Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil among others.

The story of the show will be loosely inspired by popular Bollywood movie Beta.

Initially, there were reports suggesting that the show is a remake of the popular Tamil serial, Yaaradi Nee Mohini. The thriller show is said to have a mix of love, revenge and drama.

However, the upcoming show can prove to be a stepping stone for Anjali's career being produced under a big banner.
