In an interview with a channel the choreographer Farah Khan discovered new talent of Deepika. She said, "I have worked with her in OM Shanti Om but was unaware that she is a good dancer. In my film there was mainly Indian classical type songs so I did not know that Deepika is also good in western hip hop numbers too."
"The song Hit hit soniye is a mix of latin American and hip hop, Deepika was too good in it. She looks speculater in the song and I discovered after watching the full video," she adds further.
The set was built in a month's time and it took cinematographer V. Manikanda ten days to light it up. The sets portray mostly green colour to get the feel of space.
About the costume, Farah was very much particular about it. Anita Shroff Adajania, stylist for SRK says, "Farah wan ted little more organic and zen." SRK wore Japanese theme pants with one hand jacket where as Deepika was shown in psychedelic prints designed by Manish. "It had shocking pins, green, blue, every look was distinct from other," feels Deepika.
The final look of Badshah with fully sequenced armor T-shirt was the fab look any actor could get in the film. He did carry it very well looking hot in those costumes.
Talking about the lyrics both the actors likes the mix of song and they enjoyed tapping feet together.
