Tees Maar Khan slotted for Christmas '10

We saw the phenomenal 3 Idiots release on Christmas day last year - beneficial undoubtedly for the profits it garnered, and a special bonus for the audience during the holiday season!


Farah Khan has decided to repeat the smart idea! She is all set to release 'Tees Maar Khan' on Christmas Eve this year. Farah claims the Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif starer is a fun-filled action comedy, which is perfect for the festive mood.


Farah Khan is very happy that they will be releasing 'Tees Maar Khan' on Dec 24, the Christmas Eve of 2010. The film is loaded with fun and frolic, magnificent dance numbers, entertainment and drama. Farah believes it is an ideal watch to match the holiday moods!


The decision was taken mutually between Farah Khan's home production Three's Company Pvt Ltd and Akshay Kumar's Hari Om Productions, who are co-producing 'Tees Maar Khan'.


Akki on his part wants to gift the film to his audience on the opportune moment. He says that it's a great film with a great script and with Farah you know you're in for a treat with larger-than-life scenes, great music, hilarious dialogues; the movie promises to be a laughter riot!


Films like Welcome, Ghajini and most recently 3 Idiots (mentioned before) which have been previously released around Christmas have been runaway successes.


An industry insider claimed that with the combination of an ace director and choreographer Farah Khan, Bollywood's box office king Akshay Kumar and the gorgeous Katrina Kaif - Tees Maar Khan can be expected to set the Box Office rolling for good.


That sure does add to the long list of reasons one may await Christmas this year!
