#TeddyDay: TV Characters that DESERVE a Teddy this Valentine's Day!!

The day of Teddy Bears is here..!! Some romantic gestures are so adorable that they remain timeless. Remember those first arcade dates when he won a giant teddy bear just for you, or the time he stood at your doorstep with a bunch of flowers and a little toy of your favorite kind in his hands? Well, those are Valentine's feel for real!

Teddies and romance goes way back. They went from childhood favourites to ideal gifts for your favourite person. We shall not attempt to counter something that is inarguably the best gift ever! This Teddy Day, we are planning to spread some love and give away a few teddies to TV characters who deserve it the most.

Aneri Vajani aka Saanjh from Beyhadh
With love being all around us this week, we thought it wouldn't be fair if everyone had their own special someone while another is left with the shorter end of the stick? We're talking of love triangles! A teddy is not just a toy, it's a consolation prize for the heartbroken. And, Saanjh sure deserves the gift if not one of love. With Maya making quite a roadblock, a teddy will come a lot easier.

Gayu in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai doesn't really have a gala time. With tough luck in abundance, she was never successful in winning over Kartik. She becomes the sacrificial lamb for Naira and Kartik's love *sigh*. This love triangle is so unfair we cannot bear to leave Gayu alone! Geddit? We vote in favor of Gayu getting a teddy this Valentine's.
Adaa Khan aka Shesha from Naagin2 
Shesha is not exactly someone who will win over a guy anytime soon. Naagin had her trying to get the object of her desire, but the hero was far from impressed with her. Her chase for the hero lasted a whole season and it still continues as she takes on a darker personality tone. Doesn't that sound like someone who needs a fuzzy teddy?
Shyam Pathak aka Popatlal from Tarak Mehta ka Ulta Chashma
Popatlal has been on the lookout for someone to love for the longest time. He is the kind who for some reason doesn't seem to get it right. He is stuck in an eternal limbo where love is a far off dream and his attempts don't land him any closer. This Tarak Mehta character not only deserves but also needs a fluffy friend of his own. Place him on a park bench with a teddy bear at his side and you'll see how it makes an adorable picture.

Roshni Sahota aka Surbhi from Shakti...Astitva ke Ehsaas Kii
A comforting teddy, anyone? Surbhi seems to need one. Shakti...Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii moves along the lines of a kinner having to step out of her marital role while her sister, Surbhi is to switch places with her. The girl had to marry her own sister's husband and something tells us, she would have taken a teddy over that any day.  

Love is a gift, and so is a teddy. It can always be one or the other. We wish our seemingly unlucky in love characters have a better time this valentine's day! Until then, share the gift of a teddy and let the love-dovey vibes take over.
