Tabu to play IG Meera Deshmukh

Subtle yet stunning Tabu who is usually seen playing lenient roles will be seen in a different avatar this time. She will be seen playing the role of a stern cop IG Meera Deshmukh in Drishyam.

Tabu is synonymous to essaying characters that make for strong, independent women. Returning to the silver screen in what is touted to be the toughest role she has ever portrayed, Tabu will be seen donning the Khaki uniform as IG Meera Deshmukh who will go to any lengths to unmask the truth.

Drishyam directed by Nishikant Kamat also stars Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran in key role. The movies hits the screens on 31st July, 2015.
