Sushant Singh Rajput Death: SHRC Unsatisfied with Doctors & Mumbai Police's answers; seeks Detailed reports over Rhea’s entry in Hospital mortuary!

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation has yet again seen major developments after the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission sought a detailed report from Cooper Hospital in regards to the entry of actress Rhea Chakraborty in the hospital mortuary. 

For the unversed, Rhea Chakraborty was spotted visited Sushant Singh Rajput’s post his demise at Cooper Hospital mortuary. 

The recent report suggests that the State Human Rights Commission has taken objection over the same and hospital authorities followed the Mumbai Police have come under fire for several lapses since then.

The (MSHRC) has also raised questions about the late actor's delayed autopsy report and to why his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was also allowed to enter the hospital's mortuary which is normally off-limits.

The Republic report also stated that the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission (MSHRC) has now called for a detailed report from the hospital authorities. The move comes after the SHRC had summoned the hospital authorities and Mumbai Police officers earlier.

While the cops weren’t able to accept the previous summons due to testing positive for Covid-19, Cooper hospital's dean, along with his lawyer, had earlier denied giving entry to Rhea.

The report also suggested that SHRC is unsatisfied with the answers and has asked hospital officials as well as Mumbai police to appear again. Around 12 police officials and staff of Cooper hospital will be visiting the State Human Rights Commission office later in the day.

On the other hand, the CBI has roped in AIIMS for a second opinion on the actor's autopsy report.
