Surbhi Jyoti on Tanhaiyan 2 with Barun Sobti: I don't think it's coming anytime soon!

Surbhi Jyoti and Barun Sobti starrer Tanhaiyan which streamed on Hotstar in 2017 was a huge hit amongst the viewers. The show instantly gained massive popularity and both Surbhi and Barun were loved and applauded for their performance in the show. 

The fans have been waiting to see the duo again in season 2 and talking about the same to a leading portal, Surbhi revealed that she doesn't think that it is going to come anytime soon.

In an Instagram live chat with a leading portal, Surbhi said, "I really don't think it's coming anytime soon because recently also when I was live with our producer Gul Khan a lot of people asked her when is Season 2 coming and she said they don't have a story ready. Hence, I feel their is no season 2 happening for now."

Tanhaiyan was set against a wedding backdrop depicting the life of Haider Ali Khan (Barun Sobti) and Meera Kapoor (Surbhi Jyoti) who crossed paths by chance and fell in love with each other.

Actress Surbhi Jyoti was also recently seen in the music video Aaj Bhi opposite Ali Fazal. Barun, on the other hand was recently seen in Voot select series titled Asur where he essayed the role of Nikhil Nair.
