Indian Television industry is one place where content isn't always the king. It often happens that the protagonists are given undue attention while the other characters are ignored.

And, while writing for Tripling Season 2, Sumeet Vyas, was hit by a thought and took to Twitter to express the same. Here's what he tweeted:

We quizzed Sumeet to tell us the backstory of the same, and he said, "This is just a writer's plight while writing the script. When I started writing, I was like I will work very hard on the characters. But, as I wrote I was too lazy to invest time in any other character but the protagonist."

"And in a broader perspective, in our Indian society, it is the earning member who gets all the respect while the kids and wives are sidelined," he added.

We also quizzed him about when can we expect to see the series, to which he said, "Right now things are in the very nascent stage and we'll only know that once we begin shooting."

Well, this only makes sense, and of course also increases our excitement for the season 2 of the series as it leaves us wondering what ignited this thought.
