Every look of the silver screen's darling, Divyanka Tripathi as Ishita Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has been a treat to the viewers' eyes.

Spread through various leaps in the show, each style transformation of her onscreen avataar, has proven that a television's favourite daughter-in-law can look simple, elegant, pretty and stylish, all at the same time.

Let's walk through the various style transformations of Divyanka as Ishita.

#1. Girl-next-door

Dressed in Indian staple, Divyanka looked like the pretty girl-next-door, before her marriage to Raman Bhalla (Karan Patel). While her hair were kept straight and half pinned, makeup was simple, with a tiny black bindi adorning her face. In the name of accessories all that stood-out were those jhumkees.

#2. Traditional Tamilian

Post her marriage to Raman, Divyanka wore traditional Indian handlooms paired with classic cap or puffed sleeve blouses. She filled her maang and introduced a simple necklace to her daily style. In this phase, her hairstyle kept changing.

#3. Shagun-esque sultry sarees

Then came the glamorous stage. When Ishita's took to modern saree look. At this point, she was possessed by Shagun (or acted like it!) therefore dressed like her. Ishita was seen wearing chic sarees clubbed with chicer blouses. Her hair were done in big curls to compliment this style.

Through the journey of Yeh Hai Mohabatein, along with many other elements of her look, the length of her hair was also experimented with. There was a phase where she was seen sporting a short hairstyle when she pretended to be Ishita's look alike.

Before the new season kicked-off, Ishita was seen wearing plain sarees in bright colors with elegant printed blouses. Most of them were bateau neckline (only showing off the collarbones), while the rest were more conservative. By this time, Ishita's beauty look included, curly hair-dos and thick eyeliner.

#6. Modern take on her Indian look while in Australia!

At this juncture, Ishita's look was beautiful than ever. In the beginning, her hair was tied in a plait in one scene, while in the other, they were high-up in a pony tail. Ishita's makeup remained flawless. She was seen sporting a saree with a trench coat and a statement neckpiece, whilst in Australia. Although later her look went back to the staple sarees.
