Sonu Sood Sends Shoes to Athlete Training for Olympics

Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has turned into a messiah for hundreds of people during the lockdown. He helped the migrant workers from every corner of the country to travel back to their homes safely. 

Besides helping migrant workers, Sonu has been offering help to the needy who approach him via social media. The actor leaves no stone unturned in reaching out to anyone in need and this time, he has set a new example by delivering shoes to an athlete preparing for the Olympics.

An athlete named Manoj shared a news article about how he borrowed shoes from his friends for his training. He asked Sonu for help on Twitter and shared his contact number:  “@SonuSood sir my family economic conditions is not good and my game is all over the world so plzz sir do help and support me and my game."

In no time, Sonu replied back by writing:  “It’s done bhai . Will be delivered today.”

Besides, Sonu Sood also helped an IAS aspirant who could not afford books to prepare for the civil exams. On Twitter, a man requested the actor to help his sister:  “Sir,can you pls help in my sister’s Civils preparation? She need some upsc books.being in a farmer’s family my father can not afford for that in this critical situation.pleasr sir help.” 

Sonu replied to him, saying, “Your books will reach you by tomorrow.”

The actor has been actively arranging for buses and travel facilities to help the workers stranded in different parts of Maharashtra to travel back home amid the Coronavirus lockdown.

Sonu has also been receiving thousands of requests on Twitter for help and he is leaving no stone unturned in helping them.
