Sonu SLAMS mosques for playing 'Azaan' early morning, Twitter reacts!

In a way I too agree with Sonu because I too live near a mosque and the blaring sound especially during mornings and exams is really unbearable. Same is the case of music played during religious festivals. May be we can tolerate one or twise or thrise a year but so much loud noise on a daily basis in the mornings is not right. There should be other ways of praying without infringing on others right to sleep or study.

He is gone mad.He should Think twice before writing on this .If you don't want to hear you can shift Ur house from there but at least Respect Other religions and sentiments of other people .Azaan is the Best Voice from Allah .

i would have understood if he said that the loudspeakers should not be used but he said that Mohamed made Islam which is not what we blv in... if it was about aloud speakers no one would mind

dont u get disturbed with all d sounds coming from numerous vehicles horns fm early morning till late night ?? don't u get disturbed with vajans in early morning gurudvara/church voice i'm a Muslim & i i respect all religions...& all ppl hv to right to follow their religion & their religion related things

if the voice azaan is disturbing u sir then u are rich enought to shift in a new house where there is not any masjid / mosques...'Azaan' is not 'forced religiousness' it's not for non muslims to make them pray forcefully it's for Muslims to call them to prayers...no one is forcing u to come & pray
& if it's disturbing you then many things are disturbing everyone but they hv to respect each other's religion & each other's religion related things...if we stop that then there won't be any different between us & those who force ppl to stop following thier religion...by all this insensitive tweets you are only dividing ppl
if there is freedom of speech then there is freedom of living as well...Azaan is disturbing you what about all those late night concerts u do ?

Don't know why people are over reacting. He said temples and gurudwaras too. One of the commentors wrote below she/he don't like Christian songs but still can comment on this post to bash Sonu. I don't know people can't even have freedom of speech and be called a Trump supporter for that. In Gulf countries, poor workers of different religions are forced in those countries to pray to their God's only and those pray their own Gods are punished. What to say now regarding this?

And the irony is that singers like him have sung songs based on sufiyana kalam or kalam in general, and they've been hits! Anyhow, I think Sonu Nigam has either lost the plot, or is a closet Trump supporter lol. At the end of the day, we should all respect religious beliefs and religious requirements of others. When we stop doing that, that is when the world gets nastier and harder to live in. God help us.

I am a hindu still I like azaan though I don't like Christians songs as they always wants to prove their god is only Good
But in Hindu and muslims way of praying is just wow I love that way still I won't question the same for Christians

It's totally disappointing. India is known for multiculturalism. Millions of people are living together but they're from different backgrounds, ethnicities and religions... Why creating a storm by writing such a hurting tweet?
