Sid Makkar to be SEEN in an upcoming short movie titled #MeToo

Sid Makkar, a film and television actor who is known for his role in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann, Turning 30, Luck by chance, Kis Kis Ki Kismat, Spotlight the web series etc., and many more will be seen in director Sunil Thadani's upcoming short movie titled #MeToo. Sid Makkar is excited about this movie as he is a firm believer of women empowerment and the story of the short movie has given him a way to convey the same to the world.

Produced by Deepalakshmi Chabbria, this movie revolves around a rape victim's life. Explaining the struggle she goes through every day, Sid Makkar will be seen paired opposite Archanna Guptaa who is debuting in Hindi digital movie. The short movie was inspired by the #MeToo campaign that took social media by storm.

"This short movie is very special to me as it represents the strength, courage and bravery a woman beholds. And on the occasion of Women's Day, I'd like to dedicate this short movie to all the women out there who're stronger than any species and let them know that they're all special. I hope we enlighten everyone well through this short movie'' says the actor of the short movie, Sid Makkar.

#MeToo will be released on YouTube platform under Playground Digital Cinema Pvt Ltd wherein under the production of ICM Entertainment Pvt ltd.
