Shivansh's sister Navika to play the new Chikki in Yeh Rishta!

The entire Singhania family of Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has got a reason to get  elated. Why won't they be, as Chikki is coming back to the family.

According to our source, the entire family is happy to hear about Chikki's comeback to the family after a long time as she has been in the hostel. We also hear that the character of Chikki will be played by Naksh's (Shivansh Kotia) real life sister Navika. This new Chikki will be a modern girl who values friendship too.

Navika has earlier done Maryaada Lekin Kab Tak? and Kairee - Rishta Khatta Meetha. Shivnash and Navika have also played on-screen brother sister in Sridevi's film English Vinglish.  

However we could not get through Navika as she is in Hyderabad doing a Telugu film, but we spoke to her mother, who said, "Shivansh was already doing this show and Rajan sir saw Navika in a party and we all had become very familiar with everyone through work so Rajan sir had decided that in future they will cast Navika to play the character. She had become very familiar with all the people on the sets here."
