Currently, Shahid Kapoor is on a promotional spree for his upcoming film Kabir Singh. The actor will be seen co-starring with actress Kiara Advani as the female lead. He will once again play an intense character. So far, the actor has played many characters with intense energy and has nailed each and every one of them. From Haider to Udta Punjab, the actor stays untouchable and offers his all. But, we all know with every intense character that an actor plays, it not only takes a toll on them physically but also mentally. And that affects the people around them as well.
Shahid is a parent of two and the actor also has to go through fights with wife Mira. The Haider actor talked about the same on Neha Dhupia’s chat show, Shahid said that their fights last for 15 odd days.
I usually get flustered when my wife and I have a fight. It bothers me, and I take time to get over it. It’s once in a couple of months, but when we do fight, but ours lasts a long time, like fifteen days. You know it [the tension] is there, and you finally talk it out.- Shahid Kapoor
Apart from this, the actor also revealed how he is the first one who takes to the first step to resolve the fight. He said, "It’s good to fight. It’s important to hold your own. It’s important to disagree and deal with each other's differences and resolve the problem. Problems are going to happen, and you have to get past that."
The film is all set to hit the theaters on June 21, 2019. Kabir Singh marks the first collaboration of Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor.
