Shaheer & Ankita come together in first 'Pavitra Rishta' teaser-trailer

It was merely last night when creator Ekta Kapoor went on to share a special glimpse to get everyone excited about the upcoming sequel, Pavitra Rishta 2.0. The video clip showed a montage and compilation of the original Pavitra Rishta and its entire runtime. What made it special was to see Sushant Singh Rajput in that compilation and apart from that, the fact that the show celebrated the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi every year.

So it only seemed fitting that the sequel was all set and rolling to be also arriving as Ganesh Chaturthi is once again right around the corner. But while that video was exciting enough, the official first teaser trailer of the show starring Shaheer Sheikh and Ankita Lokhande in their characters just arrived a while ago.

The teaser showed how fate has plans for two simple people Manav and Archana as the former watches the latter struggling to save herself from drenching in the rain. Seeing that, he gives a person his umbrella and asks it to be offered to Archana. Thankful for the same, she tries to look and thank the person who did it but Manav walks away.

Following that, both Manav and Archana are shown how they have a rishta come in for them at their homes and turns out, it is themselves for each other.

The clip ends with Manav and Archana getting married and the logo pops up-

The teaser definitely lives up to the legacy of the original Pavitra Rishta as it seals the actual explanation of the title 'pavitra' 'Rishta' meaning pure bond. It will be interesting to see what how the show turns out to be.
