Superstar Salman Khan's 'hit and run case' hearing is likely to be heard on July 27^th.

According to the reports the Supreme Court will hear a plea by the mother of a deceased Mumbai police constable for the transfer of case from Mumbai to Delhi. The plea also seeks cancellation of Salman Khan's bail!

Recently a convict too had appealed against, Salman Khan's plea seeking stay on his five-year sentence in the 2002 hit-and-run case. The high court had rejected the intervening appeal by the convict.

On May 6^th Salman Khan was found guilty and sentenced for five years jail, convicted under all charges including under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code 279, 337, 338 and 427 in connection with the case.

Salman, right now is on temporary bail.
