SC to hear petition to transfer Salman's hit and run case to Delhi

Superstar Salman Khan's 'hit and run case' hearing is likely to be heard on July 27th.

According to the reports the Supreme Court will hear a plea
by the mother of a deceased Mumbai police constable for the transfer of case from
Mumbai to Delhi. The plea also seeks cancellation of Salman Khan's bail!
Recently a convict too had appealed against, Salman Khan's plea seeking stay on
his five-year sentence in the 2002 hit-and-run case. The high court had
rejected the intervening appeal by the convict.
On May 6th
Salman Khan was found guilty and sentenced for five years jail, convicted under
all charges including under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code 279, 337,
338 and 427 in connection with the case.
Salman, right now is on temporary bail.
