Saif on son Ibrahim’s Bollywood career: He should have his own career without the baggage of just me!

Talent has been a key factor amongst the members of the Pataudi family and fans could easily admit that every member of the family is good at what they do! These quirky traits make them really special amongst all the Bollywood stars. Be it the young diva Sara Ali Khan or the multi-talented and an experienced actor - Saif Ali Khan, there is no comparison to their talents. And like Sara, Saif expects his elder son -  Ibrahim Ali Khan to stand-up on his own feet and work his way to the top.

Talking to E Times, Saif opened up about Ibrahim and said, “I think you know if he does films he should do his own film and have his own career without the baggage of just me.”

He further added: “He should probably do something like ‘Salaam Namaste’, ‘Hum Tum’ or something in that kind of space. I suppose maybe ‘Omkara’ or ‘Parineeta’ too but I am not sure about the kind of film he should debut with. Maybe something like ‘Race’ or rom-com, I don't know, I can't think”.

 Saif has himself given a number of hits where he appeared in comic roles and bagged a lot of appreciation for the same. The actor thinks that his son too should perhaps do light-hearted cinema. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Saif Ali Khan is on a promotional spree for his latest release Laal Kaptaan which has hit the screens today.

While the fans are eagerly waiting to see Junior Nawab on the screen, Saif revealed that nothing is certain as of now and we might have to wait a little more to see Ibrahim enter  B-town.
