Saif Ali Khan attack: Kareena Kapoor issues official statement: “still trying to process….”

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been in the headlines since morning after the shocking incident that took place at his Bandra house. The picture of the attacker has been out and police are investigating the case to get a clearer picture and arrest the intruder as soon as possible.
Amid that Kareena Kapoor Khan finally broke her silence and shared an official statement on her Instagram account asking the media to refrain from relentless speculations.

Her note read, It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded.

As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from the relentless speculation and coverage. While we appreciate the concern and support, the constant scrutiny and attention are not only overwhelming but also pose a significant risk to our safety. I kindly request that you respect our boundaries and give us the space we need to heal and cope as a family. I would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during this sensitive time. -Kareena Kapoor Khan.

The attacker allegedly demanded ?1 crore after entering his son Jeh’s room. The police have shared more details, saying the suspect intended to extort money. Saif got involved after hearing a commotion, leading to a fight between him and the attacker. Investigations into the case are still ongoing.

Dr. Nitin Dange, who operated on Saif, gave an update on his condition, confirming that he is now safe. Saif Ali Khan was brought to the hospital at 2 a.m. after being attacked by an unknown person. He had a serious injury to his spinal cord from a knife that was lodged in his back. We performed surgery to remove the knife and fix leaking spinal fluid. He also had deep cuts on his left hand and a wound on his neck, which were treated by the plastic surgery team. He is stable now and recovering well, said Dr. Dange.

Saif’s staff member was also injured in the incident and was seen earlier today with his hand bandaged.
