Road trip to Spain with ...

The producer duo Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, who rocked in 2001 with their mega blockbuster 'Dil Chahta Hai,' starring the boy brigade - Aamir Khan, Akshaye Khanna and Saif Ali Khan, have put their heads together for a second time, in bringing three hot celebrities for their next venture.


The big names are: Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol and Farhan Akhtar himself. The untitled film, is to be directed by Farhan's sister Zoya Akhtar, as has been trend for the recent Farhan starring movies, and will host three beauties: Katrina Kaif, Kalki, and another "yet to be revealed" face from London.


The story is based on a trip to Spain and will be shot in the lesser known no tourist wilderness of the country. Apparently, reporters caught up with Ritesh and Farhan as they were headed for their trip to Spain, and prior to boarding the flight Ritesh said that he can't reveal much about the plot. Even as the project is exciting from the very sound of it, there is going to be a wait involved, for nothing much has been finalized for the movie, except the lead cast, and the filming is still a while.


Meanwhile, Kat and Hrithik fans can hold onto their breaths!


Buzz is, that the sizzling Kat and hot Duggu (Hrithik) will be paired opposite each other for this project. A duo that has not been previously coupled, barring the photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar. The looks of the stars in this film will also be different, following the trend with Excel Entertainment's films.


Stylist Arjun Bhasin, who is working on the looks of the characters, said that the film is going to be shot in one schedule, from May to August this year. All the stars have given bulk dates for the same. It starts and finishes in Spain itself.Shooting will commence this summer, and the film will release at the start of 2011.


That it may be some rendition of the popular movie Euro Trip, and if so a rendition worth crediting or not, are questions that will be answered only in their due time.
