Rahul Raj Singh files a Defamation case against Kamya Punjabi!

Kamya Punjabi lands into yet another controversy! The fierce actress was in the news lately for confessing her feelings for her ex beau Karan Patel, who is now married to Ankita Bhargava.

Our source informs us, "Late Pratyusha Banerjee's boyfriend, Rahul Raj Singh is likely to take legal action against Kamya. He plans on filing a defamation case against the actress as he feels that she has defamed not only his and his family's name but also Partyusha's name."

Kamya had been a constant support system to Pratyusha Banerjee ever since they were together in the Bigg Boss house and she also stood by Pratyusha after her unfortunate demise.

We contacted Rahul who told us, "Yes, I am planning to file a defamation case against Kamya as she has defamed me by telling things which were not true. She has made claims that I have a 9-year-oldd son which is not true. She has not only defamed me and my family but also Pratyusha. I have already filed a defamation case against Neeraj Gupta at the Bar Council."

We also contacted Kamya who told us, "I don't wish to comment anything as of now."
