Radhika Apte is overwhelmed with the response to her role in 'Pad Man'

The actress is on cloud nine for receiving great response for her performance in "Pad Man".


Radhika Apte plays the wife of Akshay Kumar in the film who portrays the role of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu who introduced low-cost sanitary pads.

Well, it is tough to play an emotional character on screen and even tougher to reach out to the audiences with it and the actress surely manages to bring the emotions out who dwells with the problem of menstruation that takes a toll on her with the mentality of the society as well and so her performance is not only being appreciated by the audiences but, by the critics as well.

However, this is not for the first time that the actress has shown her fine performance but, this surely makes her entry into a commercial space for the first time. Ever since the film has released Radhika's phone is said have not stopped ringing as everyone has been congratulating her for performance in the film.
