'Qismat 2' teaser: Sargun Mehta releases a glimpse of the sequel to the mega hit

Punjabi entertainment industry has boomed over the years and how. Apart from having some of the biggest stars in the entertainment industry lately, it has also presented an array of mega hit songs and music videos as well. The likes of Laung Laachi, Lehanga, Qismat and many more have been absolute trailblazers and continue to be loved by one and all. And while we are talking about Qismat, while the song was a mega hit as we know, the film was a massive blockbuster as well. And now, it is all set to have a sequel.

The film called Qismat 2 has actors Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta returning and the duo went on to release a special teaser of the same. The teaser was more like an shortened trailer as it had Virk and Mehta talking about how their story isn't complete yet and that they might meet again in a different life in a different birth. Gears are then switched and we see Virk and Mehta in a different avatar throughout the teaser. We wonder if the film will have its own set of chartbuster songs just like the original one did-

Apart from having Virk and Mehta reprise their roles, the sequel has also the production and direction team which is the same as for the first film. Shri Narottam Ji Studios are is distributing the film again and Jagdeep Sidhu, who directed the first one is also returning to direct the sequel.
