Venky Box Office, a trade tracker, revealed the US premiere's advance booking collections for the film on Monday. By Sunday evening, Pushpa 2 had already sold more than 50,000 tickets in the US, despite the release being 10 days away. The tweet mentioned that North American advance booking collections had exceeded $1.458 million (approximately ₹12 crore), marking a record.

Trade analysts anticipate Pushpa 2 will surpass $1.5 million in the next nine days, outpacing RRR and Jawan, two major recent Indian films in the US. Both RRR and Jawan grossed over $15 million each in North America, ranking among the top five highest-grossing Indian films in the continent. Pushpa 2 is on par with Shah Rukh's 2023 blockbuster, Pathaan, and is closely trailing Baahubali 2, the all-time US record holder for Indian films with $20 million in earnings.

Spearheaded by Sukumar, Pushpa 2: The Rise is the follow-up to the director's 2021 nationwide hit Pushpa: The Rise. Bringing back Allu Arjun in the lead role of the anti-hero, the movie stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Fassil. This highly anticipated film, touted as one of the largest Indian productions to date, is all set to premiere on December 5.
