Priyanka Chopra Teases Bollywood Return in 2025, Hints at Upcoming Film Signing

Priyanka Chopra, who has made a significant mark internationally, recently revealed exciting news for her fans eager for her return to Bollywood. During her appearance at the Red Sea International Film Festival (RSIFF) 2024 in Saudi Arabia, the actress shared that she is "very close to deciding on doing one (film) next year (2025)," adding, “so keep your fingers crossed. Send good vibes that it works out and that I actually end up doing one next year."

Reflecting on her roots, Priyanka expressed the deep connection she feels to her heritage, saying, “It’s part of my family; it’s a part of my upbringing.” She reaffirmed her love for India and its cinema, noting that it will always remain close to her heart.

Having gained global recognition through her Hollywood projects, Priyanka also shared that she "missed dancing more than anything else," hinting at her desire to return to her Bollywood roots.

Alongside Priyanka, her husband Nick Jonas is also attending the ongoing festival. Prior to this, the couple enjoyed a holiday season in the U.S. with their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, celebrating their wedding anniversary on December 1 with a screening of Moana 2.

Before heading back to the U.S., Priyanka wrapped filming for Citadel Season 2 in London. Reflecting on the experience, she shared, “A few days late but I’ve been on a roller coaster. I wrapped Citadel season 2!! This year has been a whirlwind for me but to be surrounded by so much love and support makes everything easier. I’m so grateful to the cast and crew and especially my team who propped me up.”

Priyanka is set to reprise her role as agent Nadia in the upcoming season of the spy thriller.
