New Twist in Jiah Khan's SUICIDE CASE

Was it a MURDER?

It's been more that three years that actress Jiah Khan committed suicide. Her mother Rabia Khan was not convinced that her daughter could commit suicide. Following which she had accused actor Sooraj Pancholi (Jiah's then boyfriend) of her daughter's suicide.

With every hearing, shocking details were unveiled and the case remained as it is, resulting in delayed justice!

A month ago, the Bombay High Court had ruled out the possibility of a murder in the case. After which Rabia Khan consulted UK based forensic expert, Jason Payne-James to probe into the matter.

Now the case has taken a new twist. Reports suggest that her suicide was STAGED!

According to a popular tabloid, Jason's findings are contradicting Indian experts' report on Jiah Khan's death. It claims that Jiah had not hanged her self, her hanging was staged. Her mother will be submitting this report in Bombay's Sessions Court on Wednesday.

However, it's still not sure whether thecourt of law will accept this report as the forensic expert who come out with these findings has been hired privately by Rabia and not the state.

Raising doubts on this report, Sooraj's father and actor Aditya Pancholi says: "This report is from a private forensic lab and it's paid. We will see if a court admits it or not. The investigations have been done by different agencies and all of them have come to the same conclusion [that it was a suicide]." (sic)
