Popular Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav was taken into custody in a case related to snake venom and rave parties, in March 2024. He is now facing charges under the Wildlife Act in Noida for allegedly arranging snake venom for use at these gatherings.
Now, a FIR has been lodged against YouTuber Elvish Yadav for allegedly threatening a witness involved in the Noida rave party case, as reported by the police on Tuesday. The FIR was filed following an order from Additional Civil Judge Pratibha on January 24. Saurabh Gupta, a representative of People For Animal (PFA) and a key witness in the matter, stated that on May 10, 2024, Yadav and his associates came to his society in Raj Nagar Extension in several vehicles and issued threats to him.
Reports indicate that the activist has accused Elvish of approaching his residence, tailing his vehicle, and even entering his society under a false identity. The complaint further alleges that Elvish poses a threat to him and his brother, suggesting he might cause a fatal accident.
In addition to this, Saurabh Gupta has accused Elvish of spreading false information about him and his family following his initial police complaint. He claims that multiple videos are circulating online, allegedly depicting him, his brother, and the Noida Police conspiring against Elvish. After enduring significant harassment, Saurabh felt compelled to deactivate his Facebook account.
In his complaint, Saurabh also mentions a video posted by Elvish in which the YouTuber allegedly threatens to kidnap and kill him.
Meanwhile, Elvish is currently participating in Laughter Chefs Season 2, where he is teamed up with Abdu Rozik.
