Netflix Drops the Trailer of Vir Das Starrer Series titled ‘Hasmukh’!

Netflix is all set for the launch of its upcoming dark comedy series titled Hasmukh which is co-written and co-created by Vir Das himself. The series which stars Vir Das in the lead role revolves around Hasmukh, “an aspiring comedian (Das) who murders his mentor for a shot in the spotlight, but as his star rises, the only way he can keep his mojo is to keep killing.” 

The series also stars Ranvir Shorey, Manoj Pahwa and Ravi kishan in crucial roles and will premiere on 17th April. Netflix dropped the trailer of the same on its youtube channel, have a look:

Talking about the series, Vir Das shared in a statement, ““I’m back on screen playing a strange and unusual character, so I’m excited. He's super awkward, soft spoken, always mild...until he murders or gets on stage. Stand-up comedians will relate to Hasmukh’s journey… Well, most of it at least.”
