NCB seeks cancellation of Rhea Chakraborty’s bail in drugs case
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has challenged the order of Bombay High Court granting bail to actor Rhea Chakraborty in an alleged drug case.

In a massive development, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has challenged the bail granted to actress Rhea Chakraborty in the drugs case related to Sushant Singh Rajput case.
Rhea Chakraborty was accused of abetment to suicide, money laundering and was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau under charges of procurement and consumption of drugs. She was granted bail in October and was asked to submit a Rs 1 lakh bond and told not leave the country without the court's permission.
The SC will hear NCB plea against grant of bail to actress Rhea Chakraborty in drugs related case on March 18, 2021.

The chargesheet named 33 accused including the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, and statements of 200 witnesses including the likes of Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan.
