My First Buck, Thanks to Pankaj Udaas

Also known as the the badshaah of badshaahs, the mega-popular, mega-famed, and very much so

Shah Rukh Khan.

Also known as the the badshaah of badshaahs, the mega-popular, mega-famed, and very much so mega-rich superstar of the Indian film industry.

What about him?

As is well known, his odyssey to fame has been marked by countless obstacles. We all know that SRK started off his career in television. But how many know that his first paycheck was courtesy B-town's singer Pankaj Udaas?

It happens to be the case in fact!

According to none other than SRK (as per his confession on microblogging site Twitter), he was paid his first paycheck when he took up the job as a show usher to a Pankaj Udaas concert.

Yes, this information does not technically qualify as hot-and-happening gossip, neither is it significant to SRK's future filmography. However, it is interesting to know that the man that many consider a phenomena unprecedented in his own ways, was also, at a point in time, the man who scraped and scratch to make ends meet. SRK struggle has long been a secret unraveled and narrated many times over.

King Khan could be only fair in wanting all his fans to emulate the persistence that has taken him places, ardently, without giving up!

Inspirational, he has already established to be. Shah Rukh Khan and his ability to be open about his humble beginnings display an awe-inspiring idol in him.

If you, dear readers, picked the cue, say aye!
