Mohan Babu, a veteran actor and head of the family, reportedly instructed the security to deny entry. Manoj arrived at the property with his wife, Mounika, hoping to see his daughter inside. Videos circulating online show a visibly upset Manoj pleading for the gate to open, but his requests were ignored.

The situation escalated further when Mohan Babu arrived at the scene. Witnesses say he lashed out at reporters, using harsh language and attempting to snatch their cameras. The veteran actor’s actions have drawn criticism, adding to the ongoing tension within the family. Manoj, feeling helpless, spent hours outside the gate, waiting to see his child.

Both sides have now approached the police. Mohan Babu alleged that Manoj and Mounika forcibly occupied family property and posed a threat to his safety. He requested police intervention to recover the disputed assets and ensure his protection. On the other hand, Manoj filed a counter-complaint, claiming that he was attacked by individuals hired by his father. He also alleged that CCTV footage from his home was destroyed by the attackers to cover up the incident.

The feud has been simmering for years. Manoj has openly accused Mohan Babu of favouring his elder brother, Manchu Vishnu, in the division of family wealth. Vishnu, now residing in Dubai, has reportedly distanced himself from the turmoil.

Adding to the tension, reports suggest that Mohan Babu disapproved of Manoj’s marriage to Mounika. Despite his opposition, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2023. This isn’t the first public fallout within the family. Last year, Manoj shared a video accusing Vishnu of trespassing and assault, but the footage was later removed.
