Mini Mathur on her role in I Me Aur Main

Actress and anchor Mini Mathur who has been seen on television anchoring or participating in shows like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Indian Idol amongst others is seen essaying the role of John Abraham's elder sister in I Me Aur Hum.

While its difficult for women to land up with strong character roles in films, Mini seems to have played the perfect elder sister to John. Speaking about the experience Mini reveals, "Working with John was easy as he is a friend. He has been in two of my husband's films so we shared an incredible comfort level. Chitrangada and I got along like we have known each other for years! Basically I did this film because Kapil the director is a lovely and super sensitive person, the producers and actors were all friends. So it was a comfort zone that I was in. I am really happy that people have liked my role (smiles)."

Seems like our television faces are creating a good bridge between TV and films as they make their fans proud on the big screen!
