Manav to choose between responsibility and love

Manav and Archana's marriage has never had a smooth ride.  But the latest bumper introduced by the creatives in Zee TV and Balaji Telefilms' Pavitra Rishta seems to be one high wall for the onscreen-couple to scale!

Tells our source, "Since the time Manjusha (Swati Anand) lodged a complaint on behalf of Archana(Ankita Lokhande), the situation for Manav's family has been extremely difficult. Manav's whole family had to get locked-up due to the complaint. This was followed by Sachin's visa getting rejected and eventually the more depressing of all events– his death. With reason enough, Manav's family has been blaming Archana for the great loss in their lives."

"With Sachin(Raj Singh) passing away, poor Shravani(Pooja Pihal) who is pregnant with his child faces a dead end. However, Shravani's father figures out a solution in Manav. He requests Manav to save the dignity of his daughter by marrying her. He has a point that no one else will take care of Sachin's unborn child except for him", adds our source.

The source goes on, "On the other hand, due to the clause that states those seeking divorce should live under one roof for a specific time period, Archana comes to stay at Manav's house. However, the timing couldn't have been any worse for Archana. She is treated in a hostile manner by everyone at Manav's place. Add to it, the fact that Shravani is a frequent visitor at the Deshmukh household. The meetings are obviously awkward for both the girls- Archana and Shravani."

The source further says, "But the stay does clear up misunderstandings on both ends. Manav(Sushant Singh Rajput) realizes it isn't Archana who's to be held responsible for the registered complaint. And Archana realizes it isn't Manav who's to be blamed for their broken marital cord."

The source goes on, "The wounds of Archana and Manav are healed. They become quite amicable. But the only glitch for them to fall back in love with each other is - Shravani. Manav knows that the future of young Shravani depends on his decision. He also wants to tag the yet unborn kid of his brother, with the apt surname. Archana does not want to restore her marriage at the cost of Shravani's disgrace. She realizes the true plight of the girl."

We spoke to Raj Singh who says, "I'm expecting good TRPs for the death sequence."

When asked whether he regrets not being a part of Pavitra Rishta anymore he says, "Pavitra Rishta has given me good recognition. However, now the time has come to move ahead."

We spoke to Sushant Singh Rajput who confirms, "Yes, it's true that Manav will now face the burden of a very tough decision. He has to choose between his love and his responsibility."

The source says, "This track featuring Archana-Manav-Shravani will go on for a couple of months. However, the creatives have not yet decided whether Manav will marry Shravani."
