With every passing day, KGF Chapter 2 continues to break records left, right and centre. But if there is one conversation that has almost immediately followed Chapter 2 was the post-credit scene that showed that there will be a KGF Chapter 3 coming up soon.

And recently, the producer of 'KGF' Vijay Kiragandur left everyone quite excited after he spoke about the third part. But now, executive producer Karthik Gowda has shared a contradictory statement on KGF: Chapter 3. It was speculated that the makers have started working on the third part. Later, Yash added fuel to the wildfire when he said that he discussed some scenes from the film with director Prasanth Neel. Even Vijay Kiragandur said that they are hoping to start shooting later this year.

Now, the executive producer Karthik Gowda shared an official statement on Twitter which has left the fans quite disappointed. He tweeted, "The news doing the rounds are all speculation. With a lot of exciting projects ahead of us , we @hombalefilms will not be starting #KGF3 anytime soon. We will let you know with a bang when we start the work towards it."

Hence, this means that the wait to KGF Chapter 3 might be quite longer than expected. KGF Chapter 2 also starred Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Dutt.
