Karisma Kapoor’s kids celebrate Diwali with step-mother Priya Sachdev and step brother Azarias

The festival of lights, Diwali lit up every nook and corner and the celebrations have been on full swing. With several celebrity Diwali parties and tons of pictures of stars dazzling in their best outfits, the Bollywood actors set the festive mood just right.

This Diwali turned extra special for actress Karisma Kapoor’s kids- daughter Samaira and son Kiaan, who celebrated the festival with their father despite the couple’s ugly divorce. Karisma’s ex-husband, Sanjay Kapur and his wife Priya Sachdev invited the kids to celebrate the joyous day with their newly born son Azarias. Priya’s daughter from her first marriage, Safira also joined in the celebrations. And, keeping all the past bygone, the entire family posed together happily.

Karisma and ex-beau Sanjay’s kids- Samaira and Kiaan, Priya’s daughter from first marriage Safira showed up all dressed to celebrate Sanjay-Priya’s son Azarias’s first Diwali. While Priya, Samaira, Safira, and Kiaan dressed in different hues of pink, Sanjay Kapur opted for a plain white kurta. However, the star of the night was Lil munchkin Azarias, who looked adorable in a tiny black kurta pajama.

Priya took to Instagram to share some beautiful family pictures from the festive night and wrote, "#ThisisUs?? Azarias's first Diwali... A special and perfect Diwali with his siblings. For the uninitiated, Sanjay Kapur was first married to Nandita Mahtani, however, the couple split later. Post their divorce he tied-the-knot with Karisma Kapoor. Karisma and Sanjay have two kids – Kiaan and Samaira. Unfortunately, the marriage did not work out well and the pair underwent an ugly divorce which followed many episodes of mudslinging. Later, Sanjay Kapur married Priya Sachdev, who has a daughter from her previous marriage named Safaira. Priya and Sanjay welcomed their son last December and named him, Azarias, which means 'God has helped'.

Well, keeping the bitter feelings aside and the past bygone, it was indeed a Happy Diwali for the family!
