Recently, the Kapoor parivar, which includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, aur others, met the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in New Delhi to extend a special invitation to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of Raj Kapoor. The family is commemorating the legendary filmmaker’s life aur works with a nationwide screening of some of his most iconic films.
On December 11, Kareena Kapoor took to Instagram to share images from her rendezvous with PM Modi. The initial snap exhibits the complete Kapoor clan—featuring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and others—grinning in traditional attire as they stand alongside PM Modi.
In the subsequent picture, Kareena and Saif are captured with the Prime Minister, while another shot captures him signing autographs for Taimur and Jeh. Additionally, snapshots from their meeting's interior were also disclosed.

The festival will feature Raj Kapoor’s most celebrated works, spanning almost four decades including including – Aag (1948), Barsaat (1949), Awaara (1951), Shree 420 (1955), Jagte Raho (1956), Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai (1960), Sangam (1964), Mera Naam Joker (1970), Bobby (1973) and Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985).
