Ace filmmaker Karan Johar has taken the decision to quit Twitter. Karan who is seeking for positive energies in his life took to the micro-blogging site and announced, “Making space for more positive energies only and this is step one towards that. Goodbye Twitter!”
Recently, Karan discussed how some members of the film business were "negative" about Brahmastra. The director avoided naming any specific individuals, although recently, directors Vivek Agnihotri and Kangana Ranaut, among others, had questioned the box office results of the Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt-starring film.
According to reports, Brahmastra Part One - Shiva made 425 crore worldwide in just under four weeks. The director, who supported the Ayan Mukerji movie, claimed that the night before Brahmastra's September 9 release was restless. Recently, Karan addressed criticisms about his programme Koffee With Karan. The show's seventh season just ended, and Karan said he was surprised to see people scrutinizing a lighthearted chat show.
Even on his show, he addressed the subject and claimed that he had grown accustomed to trolls. He received a lot of flak for including Alia Bhatt's name in each episode, which was one of the main causes. The judges were heard making a funny jab at him for bringing up Alia's name in the season finale show. KJo also acknowledged that the expectant mother herself had urged him to leave her out of his show.
On the professional front, Karan Johar will make a comeback as a director with his forthcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi will all play significant roles in the movie. They recently finished the shoot and shared an online announcement. In a previous statement, Karan also stated that he is producing an action movie but withheld many more specifications.
