Karan Johar has to chase Roohi for Hugs and Kisses; Yash, however, is papa's boy!!

Bollywood has it's own kindergarten now a days and Taimur Ali Khan, Innaya, Yash and Roohi Johar, Laksshya Kapoor being the cutest little munchkins in the lot. Karan Johar who recently became the father of two adorable kids Yash and Roohi has been very vocal about his style of parenting and the issues he is facing at it.He and his mother Hiroo Johar are the pillars of strength for one another as they together move forward day by day to raise Yash and Roohi in the best possible manner.

Recently, Karan Johar opened his heart regarding parenting, in an interview with DNA. He mentioned that his son Yash is so fond of him that as soon as he sees him he comes and greets him with hugs and kisses. Roohi on the other hand is fond of her grandmom and calls her 'mumma'. A perfect family they are.

Karan mentions,"No. I am only trying to get her attention. I have to chase her to give me a hug and a kiss. On the other hand, each time my son spots me, he flashes a big smile and welcomes me with open arms. Only a parent can understand what that feels like. He gives me all the hugs and kisses I crave for."

He continued,“When I walk into the room, Yash runs into my arms. What happens in my heart at that time is something I cannot describe in words. Barring your own children, who else meets you with so much excitement?” “I’m always running behind Roohi, who is totally her grandmom’s girl. She calls my mother, ‘Mamma’. My son is interested in me and Roohi is interested in my mother. So, we have our balance right,” added the ace director of his times.

Quiet a life to have... Karan Johar had twins at the age of 47 through surrogacy. In March 2017, two new members were added to his family and he has embraced the new change with open arms. He even admits that he has changed and balanced his work life to spend time with these little sparkles of his life.
